Announcing our new look!
Wilderness Way is currently re-painting the street-side of our building and we will keep you updated on line of our progress. The new store back will have a large mural of an outdoor scene with trees and plantings in front. We believe this new look will not only help improve the appearance of the building, but will greatly add to the look and feel of downtown Soldotna. This effort underscores Wilderness Way's commitment to preserving the environment and adding to the value and livability of our community.

Small Game Hunting
Alaska has abundant waterfowl and small game for the sportsman. Many of the large breeding and nesting grounds for waterfowl are further inland in Alaska, but a large number of waterfowl live in the Kenai Penninsula all summer. Snowshoe hares and squirrels also abound in the Kenai area.
