Announcing our new look!
Wilderness Way is currently re-painting the street-side of our building and we will keep you updated on line of our progress. The new store back will have a large mural of an outdoor scene with trees and plantings in front. We believe this new look will not only help improve the appearance of the building, but will greatly add to the look and feel of downtown Soldotna. This effort underscores Wilderness Way's commitment to preserving the environment and adding to the value and livability of our community.

Located in Soldotna Wilderness Way® is located at 44370 Sterling Highway, right in the heart of Soldotna, Alaska, only a few hundred yards from public access to the world famous Kenai River! We're easy to find, just across from Safeway in downtown Soldotna. Whether you want to schedule guided trips for salmon or halibut fishing, or just need to pick up some gear to keep on fishing, stop by and visit our store to experience Alaska with top quality outdoor clothing and "Equipment for the Safe Adventure!" Open 6 Days a Week: Mon - Th 10 am to 6pm, Fri & Sat 10am to 7pm. Closed on Sundays.
