Travel Gear
How will you get started on your Alaskan adventure? How will you get there, and where will you stay? Well, that's up to you, really. For some of our suggestions to help you plan your trip and your accommodations, click here. But we want you to not only get there, but to get there in comfort and style!
Sure great companies like The North Face, Patagonia, and Dana make great outdoor gear. But did you know that they also make great travel luggage too? So now, not only can you be prepared for whatever Mother Nature throws at you, you can also be ready for the rigors of modern travel on your way to the great outdoors and back.
Patagonia makes a great line of travel luggage that will hold up to those airline conveyor belts just as well as their other gear does to rough weather and terrain. Come on in and take a look at this high-quality, high-class, sturdy luggage.
For more casual travel luggage, The North Face makes some really nice Base Camp duffels. We carry these in a variety of sizes, and they make really tough, durable travel companions.
We also still have a few Dana K-2 travel packs for those who want to hit the ground running. No packing and re-packing suitcases for you! These packs will double as a checked bag or as outdoor hiking and camping gear.
And what about when you get to your hotel? The hotels and Bed & Breakfasts in the Kenai area are nice and clean, but we've all been to other places where we weren't so sure. Many of our customers use our cotton or silk sleeping bag liners in their hotel rooms or other accommodations as well.
